Three ministries and commissions, including the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, jointly issued five food safety standards, including the Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Food

In March 2021, the National Health Commission, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the State Administration for Market Regulation issued Announcement No. 4 of 2021. Details are as follows:

In accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the review and approval of the National Food Safety Standard Review Committee, five national food safety standards, including the Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food under the National Food Safety Standard (GB 2763-2021, replacing GB 2763-2019), are hereby issued. Their numbers and names are as follows:
